55ace Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights & Platform Policy

Welcome to 55ace. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you") and 55ace ("the Platform," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the 55ace website at https://55ace.online and all associated services, including sports betting, cricket betting, card games, fishing games, virtual sports, and the VIP Club.

55ace is operated as an online gaming and betting platform serving users primarily in Pakistan. The platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and accepts payments through Pakistani local payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

By accessing the 55ace platform — whether through a browser, a saved link, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any supplementary rules specific to individual products (such as specific betting rules for cricket or sports markets), bonus terms, and the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule set, the product-specific rules govern in relation to that product only.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To access the full range of 55ace services, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a username, and a secure password.

By registering, you confirm that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 55ace platform or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials and not share them with any other person.
• You will notify 55ace immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 55ace at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different phone numbers, or different device identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across the associated accounts.

55ace reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the identity of an account holder. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension pending verification.

Mandatory You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on the 55ace platform. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 55ace reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage. If, during the KYC process or at any other time, it becomes apparent that a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to their source payment method after deducting any amounts lost to gameplay prior to the suspension.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply:

• You must be acting in your personal capacity, using your own funds.
• You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits participation in online gaming or betting.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or close relative of a 55ace employee or director.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where use of an online betting platform is explicitly prohibited by law.

55ace serves users primarily in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation on the platform is consistent with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your specific location.

55ace accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only via the following supported methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

By making a deposit on 55ace, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing belong to you and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
• You are the authorised holder of the payment method being used.
• You are depositing for the purpose of genuine participation in the platform's gaming and betting services.

55ace does not charge any fee on deposits. Processing times vary by method: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect within 10 seconds; NayaPay and SadaPay within 30 seconds; Visa/Mastercard within 1–5 minutes; and IBFT bank transfers within 2–4 hours depending on the sending bank.

Minimum deposit amounts are as follows: Rs 200 for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay); Rs 500 for Visa/Mastercard; and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfers.

Deposited funds are held in your 55ace account balance until used for gameplay or withdrawn. Deposits cannot be reversed once confirmed. If you experience a technical issue with a deposit, contact support with the transaction reference number from your payment method.

Withdrawals from your 55ace account may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method linked to your account.
• For security purposes, withdrawals must go to the same method used for your most recent deposit, or to a separately verified method on file.
• Only funds from your real-money balance may be withdrawn. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.

55ace does not charge any withdrawal fee on its side. Standard account withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed same business day. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the receiving institution.

55ace reserves the right to delay any withdrawal that requires additional verification or that is flagged by its fraud prevention processes. In such cases, the user will be notified and may be asked to provide supporting documentation. This is a security measure to protect users and is not a restriction on legitimate withdrawals.

All bets placed on 55ace are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market type and sport or game in question. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where the Cash Out feature is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• Bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. In the absence of an official result, 55ace will use the most widely accepted and verifiable result to settle markets.
• In the event of a postponed or abandoned event, bets will be handled in accordance with the product-specific rules applicable to that sport. Most markets are voided and stakes returned for abandoned events unless the market is explicitly described as "action regardless."
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market. The platform will display the minimum stake before you confirm any bet.
• Maximum win amounts apply per event and per account. These limits exist to manage risk and ensure the sustainability of the platform. High-volume bettors who require limit increases should contact support or speak to their VIP Club account manager.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets submitted while a market is suspended will be rejected and the stake returned.

55ace takes the integrity of its betting markets seriously. Any bet placed by a user with information not publicly available at the time of placement — insider knowledge of a match result, referee decisions, or any other non-public information — is considered a violation of these Terms and will result in the bet being voided and potential account suspension.

55ace offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback rewards, and VIP Club benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms that apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are non-transferable.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion description.
• 55ace reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus already credited if it was obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and balances.

VIP Club Cashback: Weekly cashback credited through the VIP Club is calculated on net losses over the relevant weekly period and credited as real-money funds rather than bonus funds, unless stated otherwise. VIP cashback is subject to the VIP Club terms and conditions available on the VIP Club page.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 55ace platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in further action:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously, regardless of the name, device, or payment method used.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods or credentials.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to manufacture low-risk qualifying bets, or any other method that circumvents the intent of promotional offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit exploitable situations in live dealer games or betting markets.
• Use of bots or automation: Using any automated software, script, or bot to interact with the 55ace platform, place bets, or conduct transactions on your behalf.
• Money laundering: Using the 55ace platform as a vehicle for the processing of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity or attempting to access another user's account.
• Interference with platform integrity: Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, manipulate, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the 55ace platform, its odds engine, its RNG-certified games, or its payment systems.

If 55ace suspects that any of the above conduct has occurred or is ongoing, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms the violation.

All content on the 55ace platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, odds formatting, text content, promotional material, and the 55ace brand name and mark — is the intellectual property of 55ace or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 55ace platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any 55ace content for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works based on any 55ace content or interface.
• Use the 55ace name, logo, or brand in any way that implies an endorsement or affiliation not authorised by 55ace.
• Systematically extract or scrape data from the 55ace platform including odds data, game results, or user data.

Any unauthorised use of 55ace's intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to legal claims.

55ace is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that betting and gaming should be enjoyable entertainment — not a source of financial stress, and not something that negatively affects relationships or daily life. If it stops being fun, it's time to take a break.

55ace provides the following responsible gaming tools, all available to every registered user at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps through your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you've been active on the platform for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a short break from the platform — 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days — without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the 55ace platform. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the specified exclusion period.
• Reality checks: In-session pop-up reminders showing how long you've been playing and your net session results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55ace's liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's 55ace account at the time the claim arises.

55ace is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by factors outside 55ace's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Incorrect bet placement by a user, including placing the wrong bet type, selecting the wrong market, or entering an incorrect stake amount.
• The content or accuracy of information provided by third-party data and odds providers integrated into the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 55ace's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

55ace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Self-exclusion activation by the account holder.
• A court or regulatory authority order requiring the account to be closed.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 55ace will notify the account holder via their registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is permanently closed due to a terms violation, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonuses and any funds connected to the violating activity) may be returned at 55ace's discretion following investigation.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting 55ace support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any withdrawable balance will be processed to the user's verified payout method.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the 55ace platform are governed by the policies and operational framework of 55ace as outlined herein. 55ace is designed and operated to serve users primarily in Pakistan, and all transactions are conducted in PKR in accordance with Pakistani payment infrastructure including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and local banking systems.

Any dispute arising from the use of the 55ace platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 55ace's customer support team should be submitted in writing to the 55ace compliance contact email. 55ace will aim to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

55ace is committed to operating transparently and fairly. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, a payment has been processed in error, or a bonus has been applied or withheld incorrectly, contact support with the relevant transaction or bet reference number and a full explanation of the issue. Most disputes can be resolved quickly at the support level without the need for formal escalation.

55ace reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes — those that significantly affect user rights or obligations — 55ace will provide advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on the platform itself.

Your continued use of the 55ace platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
